NFL writer and analyst. I am always looking to learn more about the game through discussion and dialogue with anyone who will take the time. Backyard Banter is my space to write on whatever interests me about the football world. Here, I feature some of my own theoretical work about football, including the Backyard Banter Quarterback Typology and Reception Perception. Reception Perception is a charting based methodology I use to evaluate wide receivers. The one game fantasy focused samples can be found at footballguys.com, while the rest is here at BYB. I am also a staff writer for Footballguys.com and an NFL Draft scout for Optimum Scouting. Additionally, I am a staff writer for Sportable, and host their weekly Sunday morning live show.
